Karibuni- Grad Student Reception
To celebrate the new Graduate Students arrival, WIE will be hosting a Graduate Student “Getting Acquainted” Orientation and Fall reception every September. In addition to great treats and live music, Graduate students will have the chance to meet other new graduate students from the COE as well as faculty, organizations that help students find their way around our university and local community and the staff of the Women in Engineering Program.

Intel Scholars Undergraduate Research Program (ISUR) hosted by WIE and MEP
The Undergraduate Research program was founded to provide research opportunities to women and minority undergraduate students (African American, Latino/a, Native American). Undergraduate Research Scholars spend a semester or more working in a lab with a graduate mentor and a member of the faculty. One of the biggest sponsors of this program is the Intel Corporation.
