The College of Engineering has a number of programs and support activities designed to increase the number of students from underrepresented groups in engineering. The administration understands the engineering profession's need to increase its representation of African Americans, Native Americans, Latino/as, women of all ethnicities, people with disabilities, and low income individuals.
