Engineering Career Services serves the College's more than 8,000 undergraduate and graduate students enrolled throughout its 12 departments as well as alumni.

Our mission is to provide valuable and innovative resources, technology, and services to the students, corporate recruiters, alumni, and faculty of the College of Engineering. Additionally, we seek to exceed expectations and directly impact our customers' advancement and success through informed insight, creativity and collaboration.

ECS recently transitioned its online job system to Symplicity. Our Symplicity frequently asked questions page provides answers to many common questions you may have. Please review the ECS Symplicity Terms of Use policy before registering on the system.

Students, have you accepted a job offer? If so, please report it through our online placement survey! Salary information is an important component in the College's ranking, and it is also very helpful to other students who are evaluating offers. Information is only reported in aggregate and is kept confidential.
