Ordering information
Please allow a few days to fill your order. If you are planning an event that will require a large quantity of items, please contact us to check inventory or arrange a special order well in advance of your event.

To request items inventory, email Jodie Harmon (244-3821) or Kay Kappes (244-6041), or download a .pdf of the Promo Items Order Form, fill it out, and send it to the Office of Academic Affairs, 206 Engineering Hall, MC 272.

  • Provide an account number, name, and contact information
  • Specify items and quantity
  • Arrange to pick up items
  • Allow two business days to fill order

To request a special order item for your event, email Jim Vattano. Please allow 3-4 weeks for special orders selected from the list below. New items may take longer to develop artwork and locate a vendor.
